How We Operate
Weekly Menu
Each week, we share our new menu on Tuesdays or Wednesdays through our website and WhatsApp broadcast list. If you’d like to be added to our broadcast list, just send us a message — we’ll make sure you receive the weekly updates.
To place an order, please message us within 24 hours of receiving the menu, and no later than Friday morning. Orders can be sent via WhatsApp (preferred) or text message if WhatsApp is not available.
When ordering, be sure to include:

The quantity of each item (please clearly list multiples if ordering more than one)

Your address (if you haven’t provided it before)
All tiffin orders are freshly prepared and ready for pickup or delivery on Sundays. Customers living nearby are kindly asked to pick up from our location (address and contact details are in the footer). For deliveries outside the immediate area, please contact us directly — we’ll confirm if delivery to your location is possible.
Catering & Party Orders
Planning a gathering or special event? Let us bring authentic Hyderabadi flavor to your table with our catering and party order services. From family get-togethers to larger celebrations, we offer a variety of homestyle dishes made with care and tradition.
As a family-run business, this is our passion project alongside our full-time jobs. Because of this, we kindly request at least one week’s notice for larger party orders. This allows us to plan, prepare, and deliver the best possible experience for your event. We're flexible with date and time arrangements and always do our best to accommodate your schedule.
